Bill Followed by Barys

Everybody knows Microsoft company. The story of it is almost a legend now. The great glorious way of the head of the company Bill Gates is known all over the world. I think that it’s impossible to find a little boy, even in far away jungle of Amazonia who doesn’t know the name of the most famous “computerman” in the world. We should not also forget about his glut of wealth. And almost every person will tell you his story without any flub…the story of his complete success in the world of software. Everybody knows, he started programming in the age of thirteen. What happened next? Microsoft became huge corporation with incomes counted in billions of dollars. Yes, the story is really fantastic. But except his talent, Bill also had great ambitions and drive for the aim. Software development for personal computers is his greatest achievement.

But let me tell you another story. It’s hard to believe, but my story is very similar to the first one. His name is Barys Mamonenka and he is well known in IT circles of Belarus. He started his career when he was seventeen. Talented manager he was able to unite affords of best software specialist of the country and held negotiations with big bosses of big European, Russian and American companies. This story is only on its beginning. But the start is showing great promise, that’s true! EleganceIT is the company where Barys is founder and CEO, now works on the markets of more, than ten countries. It fulfills projects which require high level skills and knowledge. Except web and other software development the company adopted up-to-date technologies of mobile development. The number of customers is growing every day. The reputation of EleganceIT on international market is perfect. It starts opening offices in other countries… All these facts remind something, don’t they?

In conclusion, I should add that we can’t predict the future, but we can definitely say that it belongs to talented single-minded people and unique solutions in information technologies.

Where is Belarus?

Is this a region of Russia or what? People from all over the world often ask such thing. But maybe in some years such question will disappear at all. Every month Belarus become more popular among counties where software development is one of the key industries. The location in the center of Europe makes the country as well the center of IT outsourcing in Europe. Educational system makes it possible to have high level specialists in all fields of information technology. The range of services is also very wide. There is everything to satisfy the partner: from web development and design to mobile application development and custom solutions for all kinds of business and spheres of life. The advantages of Belarusian outsourcing are clear.

Low costs. The costs are 10 times lower that in the USA. In today’s not very calm atmosphere of world financial crisis it’s reasonable to pay attention to proposed rates.

Highly educated professionals. What can I say… Education plays important role in the life of Belarusian society. Government is interested in training professionals because incomes from contracts in the field of IT amount great part of county’s budget. Without having any minerals there is no other way to increase income of the country.

Convenient access. The capital of Belarus is situated in two hours flying from Frankfurt or London. All the companies use modern communicational facilities, so access to them is not a problem at all. I don’t think that you leave your office to see your partners every day. Why do we need Skype, Voip, messengers and so on then?

Workforce stability. According to analytic data, average Belarusian software development company keeps partnerships stable with its personnel, turnover rate of about 10%. So you will work with the same specialists till the end of the project if you don’t want to change them of course…

It’s up to you to decide where to go to find a reliable partner for your business. But would you really like to go to India for something else than seeing Taj Mahal?

Enjoy Sports More With Modern Mobile Technologies

Is there any software, which is used in the industry of sport? Certainly there is. All of readers and even when those who have nothing in common with sport except week-end basketball play with children on backyards will answer immediately. Television gives us knowledge of everything happening on the planet. So if you saw at least one match of any sport you can definitely point, that today matches never go without sophisticated computer assistance. And spend their time just having fun and not being distracted on other unnecessary things. Is Your Site In Danger?

Today every even small company has own site with the information about its history, services, personnel and so everything like that. Web sites development is one of the most popular services in IT world. Thousands of web development companies offer to create best site ever for the clients. The quality of the site will depend on many factors, but one of the most important of them is which content management system will be used.

There are tons of free cms for web site development. But mostly customers don’t even think about this question. They just want to have something convenient to add content and pictures, something that makes their new site good looking in different browsers and rarely ask their web development company what CMS will be used. The question of the security is always discussed. But it isn’t made properly in most of the cases. Customers got their password (then change it for their granny’s name or date they first kissed) and feel really great managing their site. The picture of overall happiness is made.

It also can be cracked (as everything in our life) but… There is no reason to explain, that site owner will sleep calmly at night because he will be sure, that there won’t be more than million pieces of advice how to crack his system. Nobody would spend some days to crack it just for fun. Site owner or creator will get unique product and support team for it in all cases. Most of such unique paid CMS often have extra seo friendly functions and they are more convenient in usage. So when you are trying to choose right cms for your web development company to create sites and earn much money, think about your future customers and their site’s security. And think about your health. Because if you make sites for customers it will be only your fault if something wrong happened. And you will spend your life explaining and fixing everything.
